Terms of service
TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PromptLab’s website, products, customer accounts, digital resources, and related services.
PromptLab operates through:
Website: usepromptlab.com
Email: hello@usepromptlab.com
In these Terms, “PromptLab,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the PromptLab website and store. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, account holder, or person using our website, products, or services.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing the website or completing a purchase.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing usepromptlab.com, creating a customer account, placing an order, downloading a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by:
• These Terms of Service.
• Our Privacy Policy.
• Our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Our Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy.
• Any product-specific licence terms displayed before purchase.
• Any other policy or notice expressly incorporated into these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website, create an account, purchase products, or access PromptLab resources.
Where applicable law gives you rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, those rights continue to apply.

• Bundles.
• Educational and business resources.
• Links to digital materials.
PromptLab does not currently sell or ship physical products.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order or create an account.
If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use PromptLab only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your use of the website and products.
You must not use PromptLab where doing so would violate any applicable law, sanction, restriction, or contractual obligation.
4. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
PromptLab may allow customers to sign in using:
• An email verification code.
• Google sign-in.
• Shop sign-in.
• Other authentication methods supported by Shopify.
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate account information.
• Maintaining access to your email address.
• Protecting your account and connected sign-in methods.
• Preventing unauthorised use of your account.
• Informing PromptLab promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not:
• Impersonate another person.
• Create an account using false or misleading information.
• Access another customer’s account without permission.
• Sell, transfer, share, or commercially exploit your account.
• Use automated methods to create or access accounts improperly.
PromptLab may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, security concerns, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.
Customer accounts are optional unless otherwise stated. Account creation does not guarantee that purchased files will remain stored permanently within the account.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
PromptLab aims to describe its products clearly and accurately.
Product pages may identify:
• The intended purpose of the product.
• Files or resources included.
• File formats.
• Recommended platforms or software.
• Product limitations.
• Licence restrictions.
• Intended users.
• Current price.
• Bundle contents.
You are responsible for reviewing the complete product description before purchasing.
Images, mock-ups, previews, demonstrations, examples, and screenshots are provided for illustration. Minor visual or formatting differences may occur between a preview and the delivered product.
A feature, file, service, result, update, or benefit is included only where it is expressly stated in the product description.
6. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Some products may require or work best with:
• A compatible computer, tablet, or mobile device.
• A PDF reader.
• Document-editing software.
• Spreadsheet software.
• File-extraction software.
• Internet access.
• An account with an artificial-intelligence platform.
• A paid or free third-party subscription.
• Specific technical knowledge.
Unless expressly stated, the purchase price does not include third-party subscriptions, software, equipment, internet access, or platform fees.
You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing.
7. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms.
An automated order-confirmation message acknowledges that Shopify received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is generally accepted after:
• Payment is successfully authorised.
• Required verification is completed.
• The order passes reasonable security checks.
• Digital access is supplied or confirmed.
PromptLab may refuse, cancel, limit, or review an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• Information is incomplete or inaccurate.
• A pricing or product-listing error occurred.
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised.
• The customer has previously misused PromptLab products.
• The purchase would violate these Terms.
• The transaction would breach applicable law or payment-provider requirements.
• A product is unavailable because of a genuine technical issue.
If PromptLab cancels a paid order before valid digital access is supplied, the payment will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
8. ORDER QUANTITY LIMITS
PromptLab may limit the quantity of a particular digital product that can be purchased in one order.
Because products are generally licensed to one purchaser, customers may not need multiple copies of the same product unless:
• The product includes multiple-user rights.
• A team or commercial licence is offered.
• PromptLab approves another arrangement in writing.
Attempting to avoid quantity, account, licence, or purchase restrictions may result in cancellation or account restriction.
9. PRICES AND CURRENCY
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
PromptLab may change prices at any time before an order is completed.
Price changes do not create a right to:
• A retroactive discount.
• Price matching.
• Store credit.
• A partial refund.
• Reimbursement because the product is later discounted or bundled.
The price confirmed at checkout applies to the completed order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing error.
Where a clear pricing or technical error occurs, PromptLab may cancel the affected order and return any payment received.
10. TAXES
Applicable taxes may be calculated based on factors including:
• Customer location.
• Billing information.
• Product classification.
• Payment-provider information.
• Applicable tax law.
Customers are responsible for any tax, reporting, or compliance obligation that legally applies to their purchase or use of the product.
Any tax charged at checkout is separate from shipping. PromptLab sells digital products and does not charge a physical shipping fee.
11. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment methods made available at checkout.
Depending on availability, payment methods may include:
• Credit cards.
• Debit cards.
• PayPal.
• Shop Pay.
• Other authorised payment services.
PromptLab does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details where those details are processed by Shopify or another payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, fraud-prevention measures, currency-conversion rates, and verification procedures.
PromptLab is not responsible for:
• A bank declining a transaction.
• Currency-conversion fees.
• International transaction fees.
• Payment-provider outages.
• Account restrictions imposed by a payment provider.
• Delays caused by payment verification.
• Charges imposed independently by your bank or card issuer.
12. DIGITAL DELIVERY
PromptLab products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
Delivery may occur through:
• A download link sent by email.
• An order-confirmation page.
• A digital-delivery email.
• A customer account.
• An approved third-party file or access platform.
• Other electronic instructions.
The full rules regarding electronic delivery, customer email responsibilities, missing links, file formats, download limits, technical issues, and access restoration are contained in our:
SHIPPING AND DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
That Policy forms part of these Terms.
You are responsible for:
• Entering the correct email address.
• Checking spam, junk, promotions, and quarantine folders.
• Saving purchased files securely.
• Maintaining compatible software and equipment.
• Following reasonable access instructions.
13. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because PromptLab sells downloadable digital products, purchases are generally final after digital files, access links, or delivery instructions have been supplied.
PromptLab does not normally provide refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits for:
• Change of mind.
• Accidental purchases.
• Purchasing the wrong product.
• Failure to read the product description.
• Lack of use.
• Dissatisfaction with formatting or style.
• Lack of compatible software or equipment.
• Failure to achieve a desired result.
• Purchasing an individual product later included in a bundle.
• A product later being discounted.
Complete refund, cancellation, duplicate-charge, technical-problem, and access rules are contained in our:
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
That Policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms or the Refund and Cancellation Policy excludes a mandatory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
14. LICENCE TO USE PROMPTLAB PRODUCTS
Unless a product page or separate licence states otherwise, PromptLab grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the purchased product for the purchaser’s own:
• Personal use.
• Educational use.
• Internal professional use.
• Internal business use.
• Content planning.
• Marketing activities.
• Productivity activities.
• Client work performed directly by the purchaser.
This is a licence to use the digital product. Ownership of the product and its underlying intellectual property is not transferred to you.
The licence normally applies to one individual purchaser.
A purchase does not automatically include:
• Team access.
• Agency-wide access.
• Classroom-wide distribution.
• Multi-user access.
• Resale rights.
• Redistribution rights.
• White-label rights.
• Private-label rights.
• Sublicensing rights.
Additional rights apply only when expressly stated in writing by PromptLab.
15. USE OF OUTPUTS
Unless otherwise stated, you may generally use original outputs that you create through your own lawful use of PromptLab resources for personal, educational, professional, or business purposes.
However, you remain responsible for:

• Confirming that it does not infringe another person’s rights.
• Following the rules of the relevant AI platform.
• Complying with advertising, consumer, academic, employment, and industry requirements.
• Obtaining any required professional review.
• Ensuring that the final use is lawful and appropriate.
Permission to use an output does not give you permission to copy, resell, or distribute the underlying PromptLab toolkit, templates, instructions, prompts, or files.
16. PROHIBITED USE OF PRODUCTS
You must not, without PromptLab’s prior written permission:
• Resell a PromptLab product.
• Redistribute, share, upload, publish, or give away the product.

• Use the product to train, populate, or build a competing commercial dataset or AI product.
• Extract content using scraping, crawling, bots, or automated copying.
• Bypass download limits, access controls, or technical protections.
• Use one purchase to provide unlicensed access to a team, class, agency, community, or organisation.
• Use PromptLab intellectual property in a misleading endorsement or partnership claim.
You may not avoid these restrictions by modifying, translating, rearranging, reformatting, or combining the materials with other content.
17. WEBSITE ACCEPTABLE USE

• Break any law.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining Terms will continue to apply.
40. NO WAIVER
If PromptLab does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean PromptLab permanently waives the provision or the right to enforce it later.
